This site is a tribute to Alan Bird, loving husband to Sue, father to Rob and Anna and grandfather to Elias and Ezra, Ernie and Ruby.
He will be remembered for his life as a caring teacher, talented cricketer and hockey player and fair and encouraging umpire.
Above all he will be remembered for his dedication to and love of his family.
He is much loved and will always be remembered.
